Teaching my toddlers about Islam – My "Must Teach" Checklist

I’ve been searching for some time for a ‘checklist’ of aqeedah/ibadaah related things to focus on with my two toddlers.  I found a really good one from another homeschooling blog, Talibideen Jr. (link is listed on my “Giving Props to Other Good Blogs” section).  I’ve taken that checklist and made some additions/subtractions to better suit my needs.  It’s a work-in-progress but I want to post it anyways.  I have condensed it so it’s short enough to print out and stick to your fridge.  🙂

Please feel free to share your own ideas of what you taught your toddlers, possible activities, games, etc.!  What I’m really missing right now are possible resources.

    2. YES! Insha’Allah that is the plan… I’m hoping to also compile the feedback I get from other moms into it as well (*hint*hint*) 😉

    3. Asslam u Alaikum sister,

Subhan Allah for such amazing checklist. May Allah swt reward you. I’ve been also teaching my toddler princess and learning my self the 99 names of Allah, 5 pillars of Islam, and Arabic alphabet. in addition to your checklist. It’s never to early to teach our children the younger the better. Looking forward to future blogs.

      Jazak Allah
      Sister Aisha 🙂
