I’ve spent a lot of time talking to moms over the past couple years.  I’ve heard them talk about how tired they are.  I’ve heard them say how little time they have.  I was one of those moms.  I was tired, and I didn’t have time.

But there was something else I heard too, something else I was telling myself. We want to do something great, something significant… something important.

I started thinking how amazing it would be if we could mobilize all these moms.  If we could somehow get everyone together, united in one cause. What an impact we could have.

I wonder… what amazing things could we do?

I decided to use this as a forum to unify us, the MOMma-holics.  The purpose of this group is to do something.  It might be something great, or something small.  But ultimately, it will be something that we, together, do.  Something to help other moms.  Or perhaps our communities.  Or even ourselves.  But this will be a place, Insha’Allah, where we come together to DO, to take action.

The rules are simple:  Check back with us every week to see what’s new.  And leave us a comment when you’ve completed the task at hand.  (It can even be as simple as ‘done’.  Human beings desire to be part of a community, and the more of us that participate, the more moms out there will want to participate, Insha’Allah).

Insha’Allah, collectively, we WILL make a difference, and hopefully, do something that will be pleasing to Allah.
